Un sunny quake Week-End, aussi appelé un dimanche de Quake ensoleillé. Si vous avez suivi un peu l’actualité qu4ke de ces derniers temps, nous entrons dans la partie chaude de la saison : les qualifications ESWC sont terminées, maintenant place aux tournois internationaux de prestige : après la covlan et la CSA Q4 tournament qui pouvaient faire office d’entraînement, les choses sérieuses commencent : le circuit de qualification WSVG, le Quakecon(?), l’ESWC…

LANWAR : Louisville, étape qualificative du WSVG :
Le gratin américain s’est retrouvé ce WE pour remettre de l’ordre dans l’échelle des top skills US. Accompagnés de Stermy, Forever et RocketBoy, cette petite sauterie nous apporte bon nombre d’informations sur qui défonce, et qui défonce moins.

A l’heure où je parle, tout est quasiment joué, nous attendons sagement Stermy contre Lost-Cause en finale qui aura lieu à 21h30, soit en plein France-Corée, il faudra choisir.

Stermy, grand absent des 6 derniers mois de Quake 4 s’est entraîné avec Fatal1ty et Fox sans relâche pour arriver aujourd’hui et se faire sa place dans la scène. Un rail incroyable, notamment contre socrates, un shaft brulant, homme à suivre, dommage de ne pas le voir à l’ESWC. Lost-Cause s’est fait sortir du winner par socrates, qu’il a dû battre ensuite, et s’est débarassé de fatal1ty pour venir chatouiller spermy dans cette grande finale. On redécouvre donc un américain qui aurait mérité son ticket pour l’ESWC.
